Had read dome negative reviews but actually had a great experience.
Room was spacious bathroom lovely. Fresh and beautifully clean. Loved the decor.
Excellent staff, especially as I arrived 1am!
Bargain at £41 as well! Will definitely use as a stopover fir Scotland fron now on!

It was an amazing experience! Gorgeous scenery. Near McDonald's which is open 24.7 and Costa and WH Smiths as well.

Quiet with great views. Comfortable bed. No air conditioning relying on fan in room to keep cool but overall comfortable stay

The hotel’s facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and lovely. Due to Ctrip, the room may have been wrongly booked. They adjusted the large room for us for free, and the stay was very satisfactory.

Would give this place a zero if I could and didn't even attend (an accident which resulted in a&e) no cancellation refund which is fair enough. Looking on a recent bank statement this place has charged me twice and refuse to give me the money back which is a mistake of there's, after giving enough evidence of this providing them with the proof of both a bank statement and email confirmation stating I only booked one room for one night, they claim that there is 2 different reference numbers? Surely if that was the case wouldn't there be another booking confirmation email? Wouldn't bother booking unless you want to be double charged and then completely ignored after providing evidence, clearly in the wrong and by looking at the state of the hotel it's clear they can't afford to part with the mone. Absolute fraud!

Got allocated to room 21 on the 27th of June and went to use the hairdryer and soon as we turned it on the bottom of the hair dryer sparked a light and gave my mate an electric shock and burnt up her arm, went to reception to get help they called in first aiders from McDonald’s and they were pretty much no help at all, asked them to call an ambulance but they never and didn’t check back on my mate in 20 mins like they said, any how got moved to another room, next morning spoke to one of the managers about it and he was arrogant and rude didn’t show no mercy at all about the whole situation, trying to get a refund for the room, as far as you d stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!
