Room and aervice were great. There was road work which caused us to zig zag a little to het to hoyel. Overall excellent

Check in was amazing. The front desk lady was so sweet and wonderful. Our first night was a little noisy due to being close to the interstate- that was my issue booking a hotel by the interstate. The front desk changed our room to the backside of the hotel which was 100x better!!! I had 2 queen beds in my room my first night my mattress was wet which got my pjs wet (no I did not wet the bed). I informed housekeeping of this issue as well as the issue with a live centipede in the bathroom, the only other issue is if you are a light sleeper, the bathroom exhaust fan runs continuously. I called the front desk and asked a young man about this and was told “oh well”. I once again informed housekeeping and the young lady said “ok” I’m not sure she understood me.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Complementary breakfast was pretty good--I liked the bagels and strawberry cream cheese. It was next to a BJ's, a Chuy's, a hamburger place, and a movie theater, which was nice. Would stay again.

Room was clean and very neat. Comfy bed and feather pillows. Wish the room wasn’t on the I35 side of the building. Traffic was fairly noticeable but not terrible. A fan would have been nice to drown out the noise. Staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Breakfast was nice too. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Will try to keep this brief...the management and staff at this hotel are really incompetent, and will go to great lengths to deny any mistakes made by them, and will make no effort to make things right. They play "blame the customer." Their reservation system made a mistake, resulting in a double booking at the hotel, and then upon arrival, they told us that the cancellation period had passed, and they therefore would not refund the double booking. So we paid for two 3-night reservations. And although they did not dispute our account of what happened, they refused to make the refund. We wanted 3 new towels for our room, and were told to "bring them down to the front desk...in a trash bag... to get replaced. "Where do we get a trash bag?", we asked, and they said "in the garbage can." When we brought them down to the front desk, they asked "are you sure there are three towels in there?". Not making this up. If you value competency and a hotel which will make things right when they sometimes go wrong, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of similar options around..book there. These guys do not know how to run a hotel or treat customers.

Mr Brandon is a great employee..he is kind and helps with Questions and concerns..HE NEEDS A RAISE PLEASE. Every time I need any assistance, Brandon always comes through. He makes every stay great for me. I just want to make sure he is recognized for his great work!

I had a young lady named Brittany at the front desk who was not only very helpful but very kind polite and professional this location is very clean and the staff are here to help I give it a 10 + 10 Great job also this location has great amenities a nice pool very clean workout room and everything is just a+
