Will try to keep this brief...the management and staff at this hotel are really incompetent, and will go to great lengths to deny any mistakes made by them, and will make no effort to make things right. They play "blame the customer." Their reservation system made a mistake, resulting in a double booking at the hotel, and then upon arrival, they told us that the cancellation period had passed, and they therefore would not refund the double booking. So we paid for two 3-night reservations. And although they did not dispute our account of what happened, they refused to make the refund. We wanted 3 new towels for our room, and were told to "bring them down to the front desk...in a trash bag... to get replaced. "Where do we get a trash bag?", we asked, and they said "in the garbage can." When we brought them down to the front desk, they asked "are you sure there are three towels in there?". Not making this up. If you value competency and a hotel which will make things right when they sometimes go wrong, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of similar options around..book there. These guys do not know how to run a hotel or treat customers.
