Comfort Inn Near UNT

Staff was kind and accommodating, but the room itself was dirty with several stains all over the room.

Room had ants by the window, toilet didn’t work the walls and floors were dirty. But front desk desk was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. It was clean and the staff was helpful. It's very convenient to I35 and a lot of stores and eating options right on the main *****.

Bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and received my confirmation and had no problems like using the Choice App (Which I booked a room days before and didn’t receive confirmation or charge on my CC until the next day after I book another hotel) Thank you Again for easy check in.

The hair dryer fell off the wall, the bathroom tile is loose.

Good price for the room.

The property itself was ok, however, the surrounding areas are not that great. There were people grilling in the parking lot.

Breakfast is unsanitary, the plastic butter serving cups were all open in the fridge. The attendant was more interested in working his phone than helping operate the pump thermos for coffee. The rooms are ratty, the ventilator in the bathroom doesn’t function. Finally, housekeeping does not make up your room or bring towels unless you ask. When you ask the front desk they say that we should know this. I asked, if there are no signs or notifications, how are we supposed to know this? I wish that I could leave zero stars, because I don’t trust these people. I’m going to make them check my room tomorrow morning when we check out, because I am concerned that they might say that I did something to the room and take my deposit.

Our stay went good, front desk receptionists were very nice. Only complaint I had was their shower curtain is too short & when you shower all the water comes out & makes the bathroom floor flooded. One night our room key didn't open the pool but other than that the pool is really nice & clean, our kids enjoyed it. I recommend this hotel if you’re not wanting to spend tons of money but still stay at a decent place with free breakfast & indoor pool :)
