Prepared for a shower; took my glasses to the shower so could read the fine print on the soap/shampoo/ conditioner dispensers. Put the bath mat down adjusted the water got in, wet my hair down and reached for shampoo,,, empty, soap,,,, empty, conditioner,,,, empty. Got out of the shower to get the little bottles of shower gel and shampoo none there just a little bar of soap, skipped the hairdo. . When I asked at the desk the clerk said yeah we have had several complaints but we are no longer gonna use the dispenser in the shower but we have supplies here at the desk if you ask for them. Great! So I’m gonna get out of the shower , dry off and dress, go down stairs and ask for what should already be in the room. ******! Me or them I’m not sure which!

There were none apparent when we arrived. We noticed one later in the evening. We pulled back the blanket and sheets and saw nothing more. Redressed the bed and before we could leave, saw another larger one. My sons and daughters were with me in two other rooms. I didn’t want to risk any of us carrying bugs home with us or being bitten. My family and I opted to leave. I used a cup to catch the two we saw and notify the desk attendant. She was very apologetic and told us the floor had recently been treated because management had been notified other guests on the same floor on other occasions had reported finding them. I asked for a refund and she said since it was booked through *******, the hotel could not issue the refund. ******* would have to issue the refund. Corporate has been contacted. We spent the rest of the night sleeping in our cars and are hoping for reimbursement we are rightfully due.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff were very nice. Hotel surroundings were so loud and we could hear everything going on around our rooms. There was a train that went by and blew its horn multiple times every time it went by. There was what we believed to be feces splattered on the ceiling in our washroom. Our shower had a huge crack down the wall about 3 feet long. The shower faucets were very run down. The shampoo and body wash dispenser only dispensed enough shampoo to wash a mouse’s head. The hotel worked in a pinch to give us a place to sleep for our commute to Florida but it’s calling for some TLC.

The room was stink and the coffee maker was full of dust. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never visited our room. Had to get towels from front desk. Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and dry. Coffee was bitter. The breakfast attendant was friendly but she couldn’t save that experience. We ended up leaving and going to Waffle House. The only reason the stay rated an average is because the front desk associate was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating
