Great hotel nice design. Pretty impressive.

Service was not above and beyond like other hotel conceirege. Servers upstairs felt a little rude like I was imposing trying to make a reservation. Felt stuffy

My experience at Populus Denver was superb, the building itself, being the first carbon positive hotel ever, evokes a sense of calm and lends for a special experience. Great sleeping, quiet and superb bedding. You'll have an inspiring stay and if you pay attention to all the sustainability features, details on material used and biophilic design, then even more. You can even touch the exposed fly-ash concrete core (most carbon-friendly concrete) in the public areas and hallways of the hotel, lending it a special mix between nature driven and industrial minimalism. Water refill stations on each guest floor. If you are into design, you'll appreciate the efforts that were poured into this unique hotel. Located nicely on the side of downtown but not at all far from anything! Civic Park with Capitol, and museums are right across. Food and beverage venues are all recommended to visit with incredibly good food quality and value. Stellar Jay at the roof especially, try the hanger steak, pork chop or carpaccio, but also the vegetable options! The farmer salad at Pasque on the lobby level is superbly fresh and makes you instantly feel healthy - have a side of fries. :) I will for sure return!

We had a great stay while attending friends’ events a short uber ride away. Building, food and room were top notch. The rooftop patio and second floor lounge is fun and the coffee shop had delicious pastries and coffee options. The clifford still museum admission added a nice afternoon visit before our main events. Being walkable to so many world class museums and 16th street mall and creek path is convenient. We walked away feeling refreshed and energized from our stay. We enjoyed a fabulous brunch at the pasque bar in the morning. I love the incorporation of nature into much of the building and vibe. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! The rooftop bar had excellent ambience and great drinks! Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Truly an exceptional hotel. This is my 5th time staying here and each time it seems to get better. The staff gives kid glove luxury customer service. Truly amazing. They make you feel like you’re home ! Can’t recommend it enough. Just go !!

Disappointing stay overall. While the bed was comfortable and the gym was nice, the room was extremely small with poor lighting and limited functionality. Service was inconsistent: housekeeping requests weren’t followed through, and basic items like robes required long waits. The rooftop restaurant experience was also frustrating despite good drinks and a great server. Surprising given the strong experience at Populus Seattle - the Populus Denver has clear gaps to address, especially at this price point.

Populus is stunning. A magical place to stay in the heart of Denver. I enjoyed the opportunity to stay so close to the Capitol Building.

The design of this hotel is simply outstanding! Every design detail has been carefully curated. The asthetic is very calming as soon as you walk in. The rooms are quiet, spotless, and well appointed with comfy beds. We had the City Suite, and the huge shower was amazing with multiple shower heads. The windows in the rooms are one of the most interesting design elements of the hotel, such as great view of the city from every angle. Our family had several rooms, the downstairs restaurant/lounge Pasque was the perfect gathering spot for everyone. We enjoyed drinks/shareables/dinner, and everything was delicious as well as beautiful! The staff was incredibly accomodating for our large party! We will definitely return when in Denver!
