It was very easy and had everything I needed. However, it was extremely loud one evening with a whole bunch going on upstairs. I would have liked an actual lock on the door down to the basement apartment. It made me feel uneasy that there wasn't one. Nothing made me feel like I needed one but since the family is so close it would have felt more private with a lock.

Property was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm so we had to wait in our car until ready. Refrigerator is quite small but with just 2 of us we managed. We were away from the home all day and it was nice to get back to the home to watch a little TV. The main reason i selected this vrbo rental was for the washer/dryer. The owner also allowed me to park in the driveway, which i appreciated very much. Overall experience was good and i would rent again.

The place was clean and safe. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a basement unit but with a chain lock inside for safety. Good safe neighborhood. There was a really intense food smell throughout our stay that wasn’t very pleasant.

Check in was great but the listing said it came with a smart tv, cable, and toys and entertainment for kids it did not, it had a cheap TV with antenna only, the beds were very hard, had dirty walls. Usually from my experience with a vrbo they usually have food in the fridge or pantry, minor stuff like milk and eggs maybe some bread and crackers but there was nothing. The water in the shower when from hot to cold to hot to cold very random. The smoke detector wasn't plugged in. They are very nice but our experience was not. Lastly my wifes car was side swiped on the road the first night.

We stayed here for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. When we arrived, we were given the wrong door code and were unable to reach the host by phone, text, or VRBO messages. After standing outside for quite a while, we resorted to ringing the doorbell several times before anyone finally answered.Inside, things didn’t improve. One bed squeaked so loudly it was impossible to move without waking everyone up. The other bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Several lights were either flickering or completely out, which gave the place an unfinished feel. We were only provided a single roll of toilet paper for four people over four days, with no bathroom soap and a foul-smelling kitchen sponge. When we asked about dishes, we were told they were in the cabinet, but we didn’t find them until the second day in the dishwasher. The cookware and utensils appeared old, scratched, and barely usable.The bathroom fan was so loud it disturbed the entire house every time it was turned on. The first aid kit contained only a single gauze pad and a wet wipe. Overall, it felt like someone started fixing up the property but never finished. The price may have been fair, but the stay fell well below reasonable standards. I would not stay here again without significant improvements.

Comfortable accessible stay Comfortable basement apartment easy to access with plenty of elbow room. Conveniently located near major highways making commuting very simple. We stayed with our two adult children. We all had plenty of space to relax after a long day. Super convenient highly recommend.
