The hotel was very nice. The room was a nice size. The hotel staff all were friendly and professional. The location was good. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. The only negative was the price for parking. $59.00 a day was excessive. Overall a nice place to stay.

Stayed on level 2 of the plaza building, which seems to be newly renovated Pros Clean large twin beds carpeted room with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee maker, fridge. Rain shower and detachable showerhead connected to bathtub. Good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. Aircon worked well (cold and heater) On the same floor as the connected walkway if you need to go to tower building. Laundry room on level 5 of tower building but you'll need an app. Target, CVS and Walgreens on 16th street are just 5-10 mins walk away. Free ride to mall bus stop available nearby. Cons No view -- only that of rooms from the other side. Dim room -- mostly warm light lamps around the room. Does not automatically come with iron and board. Need to call to request for it.

ビジネス目的で3泊しました。 部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした。 徒歩圏内に飲食店が多くて便利な場所でした。 ホテル内で会議室をレンタルしたのですが快適でした。ただ会議室や付属品の費用はなかなか高かったです。 プレミア会員向けのラウンジを何度か利用しました。朝食や軽食を頂くのに良かってです。 ホテルのスタッフには丁寧に接して頂きました。 快適なホテルだったと思います。

Hotel staff was unable to correct a billing error on their part. This was also the case when customer service was contacted. This seems to be a theme noted by other reviewers as well. There are many options of where to stay in Denver. Don’t stay here.

Stay Away! The rooms are subpar. Even worse the staff couldn’t be more rude to customers. So many better options in Denver, don’t make the mistake and stay here. Had an issue and the manager was dismissive. Just an overall terrible hotel. Retrain your staff and manager
