First off, property resembles that of other downtown Four Seasons properties. Very clean. Rooms are large and well-appointed. Staff and service is impeccable. No detail missed. No request too big or too small. We loved every moment spent at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver.

As most recent reviews explain, this is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel in a great location in Denver. However, please be aware that there are some service issues that, while small in the great scheme of things, should not exist in a 5 star hotel of this price: - inconsistencies in staff communication and execution. Some staff will tell you one thing only to find out they did not execute in what they offered/promised you. This problem is not specific to one department, but it is endemic to most and happened multiple times throughout our stay for us to complain about it. - Slow service at the restaurant and bar. Plan at least 1 1/2 hours for any sort of meal here (on an empty restaurant). Also, let's be clear, the food prices are excessive for what they offer: $200+ breakfasts for 2 adults and 1 child with no drinks?? We had better dinners (with drinks) at top rated restaurants in the area for less. They really need to review their pricing... Let me be clear though, the staff was for the most part very friendly and engaging and our stay here was very pleasant. However, There is room for improvement over all and specially for the brand and price that you're obviously paying a premium for. On the other end of the spectrum, special Kudos to the Valet/parking staff who was on point, super friendly and always had helpful tips to make our stay in the city and visits to surrounding areas more enjoyable. These guys should be an example for the rest of the staff to follow...

If it wasn’t for one major thing my stay would have been great but I was pretty frustrated with the view my room had. I booked many months in advance for New Year’s Eve and requested a hi rise that would potentially face the fireworks. I was told that they will do their best to accommodate but no guarantee. That was fine for me but when I arrived they made absolutely zero effort to accommodate that in any way whatsoever. At check in the lady handed me my key to 411 like it was nothing. My room was not only not a high rise but the view was probably the worst one she could have chose considering the only thing we overlooked was the pool and the hot tub with everyone in it. Zero privacy considering you can see through the windows so everyone could see us if we had our curtains open. Not impressed at all for $1000 room at 5 star hotel. We made the best of the night considering and had a great new years. All the staff was very friendly and everything else was really nice.

The hotel was located in a great area. Close to many restaurants, shopping and exploring. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and bright.

The Four Seasons Hotel Denver stands out for its prime location. Close walking proximity to key attractions like Pike Place Market, Larimer Square and a quick drive to Denver's sport and concert arenas, as well as 40 min drive to Boulder or 90 mins to Breckenridge. The hotel's cleanliness and modern, inviting, family friendly atmosphere are huge pluses in the Mile High City. Friendly, professional and efficient staff who get things done. Rooms are spacious, well equipped as expected and have magnificent mountain views on higher floor levels. Excellent modern Gym and heated outdoor pool on 3rd floor are great in winter & summer time to start your day or simply relax after a busy day. Humble recommendation for future remodeling, considering floor heating in bathroom and increasing water pressure in rain shower. Stayed with family on 13th floor for 5 nights in suite.

Stayed for 5 nights. Staff was super attentive, Edge restaurant had delicious food, and we had a huge tub. Everything was excellent.

I was in town with my son to tour a local college. I often stay at five star hotels. This was not a five star experience due to very disappointing service and an overly "corporate" feel lacking true hospitality. I requested rooms on the same floor via email. I also requested information on local yoga options. No one got back to me. So I called and made the same requests over the phone. My requests were confirmed (except for local yoga info which they said would be available at check in time). Meanwhile hotel texted me to ask me to upgrade to a much more expensive room. When we checked in it was clear none of my requests were executed. IT took 20 minutes for the the desk person to resassign us rooms on the same floor. An employees sent information about his favorite yoga class at 3 AM via text (which woke me up). Dinner at the Edge was overpriced. To add insult to injury on reviewing the bill the "special" rate I signed up for was only applied to one room. On the plus side the gym is well equipped and the tacos in the lounge are quite good.
