I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Denver and had a priceless family heirloom necklace stolen from my room. Housekeeping entered multiple times while I was out, and when I reported the theft, the hotel deflected all responsibility. I was directed to their third-party claims department, who quickly closed the case without any real investigation. When I asked for further information, they told me nothing would be shared unless I obtained a subpoena. This level of indifference and lack of transparency is shocking especially from a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no real effort to help. I expected safety and professionalism; instead, I got stonewalling and dismissal. I will never stay here again, and I urge others to think twice before trusting this hotel with anything of value.

Room type: King room City view Cost: 2,200 USD for 3 nights Rating: 3.5/5.0 stars Traveler: Solo trip Destination: Denver, Colorado Description: Not bad, really, but disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The services were available but were not actively proffered. The spa was utterly fantastic! the hotel food was lackluster and focused on steak over anything else. They had other types of food, obviously, but steak was in plentiful abundance over anything. The housekeeping staff was amazing and on top of their game. the room quality was very good and spacious; larger than most hotels' suites. The in-room bar and mini-fridge were not free despite being labeled an "honor bar." I'm not cheap. I have no issue paying. My issue is the deceptive marketing of the honor bar. the room's furniture was not cheap, but it did appear tacky with the illusion of being of quality. The view was impressive, though. Overall, I'd pick a different hotel. Score: 3.5/5.0

The Ritz-Carlton Denver gets a solid 5/5, mainly thanks to the outstanding service. Ashley Thorn, Adam and Blanca were absolutely phenomenal. The rooms are spacious and elegant (some might find it a bit outdated but I liked the style for within the hotel), the location is ideal and the breakfast service was top-notch. The spa is luxurious, with great amenities and complimentary drinks that add a nice touch. The only downside was the dinner experience, which didn’t match the high standard set during the rest of our stay — I’d personally avoid it. Still, the overall experience was excellent and i’d gladly return.

The evening I arrived at the Ritz Carlton - Denver, I knew that it was going to be quite the experience I was looking forward to for my Birthday. After a small delay at guest check-in, I made my way to my fabulous room and with much of my delight, welcomed a fine wine of the hotel's brand and fancy charcuterie board. The rest of the trip was fantastic. Nice restaurant next to a picturisque lobby where I enjoyed more photos and friendships to celebrate the occassion. P.S., I have never-ever slept in a hotel bed as comfortable as RC, Denver. Hope they keep up the quality and everybody else should copy.

An excellent stay. Very warm welcome from Millie at the front desk with quick check in. Very spacious, clean and well appointed room on the 11th floor with a personalised message and gifts. Great service from Josh in Elway's and fantastic burgers full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Will happily stay again next time we're stopping in Denver.
