Great place, clean quiet and everything you would want in a hotel. For being down town it was exceptionally quiet. Parking garage is nice as well and easy to get around. Would recommend staying at this property to any one especially family's or business people.

Traveling with a family of 13, there are two main things I look for, a pool and free breakfast included. Online, both of these things were listed as part of the amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn. When we first got there, the kids changed into their swimsuits only to find out there is no pool. There was even a picture of one on the hotel's website! The next disappoin**ent was the next morning when we went down for breakfast only to find out it would be $20 per person when I understood it was included in the price. The rooms property was clean and the staff was very friendly, especially Malia at the front desk.

O atendimento inicial foi ruim. Nos receberam com antipatia. A atendente parecia estar irritada com algo. Não achavam nossa reserva. O wifi é péssimo, não funcionava. O sinal do celular não pega na região. Na madrugada teve uma discussão no corredor de outros hospedes muito irritante. No balcão da entrada não davam bom dia. Não volto mais.

Do not stay here!
There was a homeless man in the lobby literally giving himself a towel bath and the staff did not care. WiFi didn’t work and once again, they didn’t care. No hot water, ditto.
Absolute disgrace
Stay next door at any of the other options!!!

Floor not vacuumed, dirty comforter and the plug to get the water to the shower was a disaster. Not even half the water went up to the shower head.
