Hotel is in a really shady part of town and I didn’t personally feel safe so never actually stayed and booked somewhere else to stay instead.
Might have just been me but I didn’t feel comfortable staying in that area.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Nearby Activities, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Restaurants, Location, Room Layout; Hotel fraud, I have confirmed twice with the front desk that if I check out early, I can refund the room fee for two nights. As a result, I refused to admit it after leaving the hotel, even refused to answer the phone, refused the leader to come forward to solve it, and denied that I was at 9 in the morning on 6.10 Dianduo returned the room card, and refused to communicate with Ctrip to solve it, very bad!

Not so good.
I didn’t expect much, but I was still disappointed.
They charge extra for parking.
They had one loaf of bread offered for breakfast, and it was only the ends left.
No sweetener offered for the coffee.
They charged extra for hot pockets and other frozen food items to heat up in a dirty mini microwave.
No juice.
They had stale cereal available though.

New management updated rooms and secured and well parking lot. Very close to many businesses bars and restaurants and theaters. Very convenient and accessible to some of Denver’s bests attractions including the capital and nearby parks. New owner is very accommodating and friendly.

Stopped in here from out of town. Great place! Very clean and safe. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Office desk is very nice. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. Would stay here again. Will be back in a couple months and this will be my location.

We had a pretty good stay. We paid for the parking and I'm glad we did - lots of homeless in the area. The room was pretty clean and spacious, no fridge or microwave in the room but that was ok because we had coolers. Plenty of food options within walking distance.
