Great staff, great building, breakfast was lovely (Peter knew how to make a great pot of English breakfast tea!). My bathroom on the 11th floor was ‘tired’ but room clean and bed comfortable. 15 min walk from Union station - so perfect after a long flight.

I booked this room because the pictures looked nice and clean. The room needed a deep clean and the bathroom set up was completely different than the pictures. The water from the shower completely dried up my skin it just wasn’t enjoyable

I wanted to book an extra night but front desk told me not to go thru ******* do I booked thru their site and somehow booked in Dallas, I immediately realized this and called them and they said no refunds even if it was their chain. Management wouldn’t help and gave me the runaround.

This is a nice business hotel but definitely not a unique boutique hotel. We appreciated the room size and extra space it provided but there was nothing special in the decor or design of the rooms. The closet space was very limited, more designed for a limited stay. The bar, restaurant area was basic more sports bar than lounge area. Decent for the price

The night bar tender from Chicago was AWESOME! (Night of Jan. 14, 2024). The Front desk staff was also friendly and efficient and accommodating

Comfortable and convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick, there was great coffee steps away, and we found super cheap parking at the garage on 1735 Stout St. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was always helpful and polite. The room was great and upgraded. Marisol delivered a bottle of champagne for us upon arrival on time and in the room. Harry’s restaurant has good food and convenient. The hotel is situated nicely in downtown so if your activities are planned for downtown, walking is easy to get to where you want to go.

After a long day of travel, Christopher's friendly vibes and ver helpful service were exactly what I needed. Many thanks for making my arrival so smooth and welcoming! Staff and service at the lobby restaurant were great - from swift service, friendly. And they immediately jumped in to see if they could move over a second table to accommodate my breakfast and laptop. I'll definitely be back!
