This is the second year I went to Denver for conference, and chose Kimpton hotel for this trip. I really like it as the lobby is very cozy and nice, perfect for hang out and having meetings with guests. The room is also very spacious, much better than the hotel I stayed last year that's 5 mins walk away. The hotel staff is helpful.

It was just what was looking for. Great location and service. Beautiful hotel and professional front desk, they made us feel like home. The restaurant in the main floor has an excellent food and the host and servers knows how make their clients special.

Staff was amazing. Person in room next to me was loud every night until 3am. Walls are very thin and not much sleep. Security didn’t help situation.

I have spent 2 nights in this hotel. I used to choose Kimpton for his reputation and my IHG program. My last experience was really not at the expected level : - there was a mistake on the bill during the checkout ($100) - I forgot precious clothes in the room before leave. I called the hotel only one hour after the checkout from the airport. have no news from the hotel despite multiple mail. Once you left, they did not care about you.

Front desk staff should smile more ; room had an elevated parking lot view line ; parking is ridiculously expensive ; lobby lounge is very very warm and inviting
