Our stay was ok, staff st the front was wonderful. My only complaint would be the pull out sofa couch - the mattress was a joke. Gross and all I felt was springs. Would have been better sleeping on a kindergarten mat.

Just avoid DENVER altogether. We took all of our valuables into the hotel with us, yet still, when we woke up in the morning, our car had been broken into, passenger side window smashed to pieces. Traveling cross country in 30 degree weather we obviously couldn't just clean it up and go about our trip. Though the hotel staff was amicable, it was "out of their hands" and we had to file our own police report, wait for the report #, and then wait for the hotel insurance to see if they'd cover the cost of the window replacement. They did NOT. They said that because the hotel has signs that they aren't responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings, the hotel would not pay for any repairs. So lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.

Great location near shopping, restaurants and parks, clean, free parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed, the furniture in the room is dated, the sofa was saggy, the kitchen is adequately equipped for 2 guests, good breakfast, big bathroom. The hotel was full during our stay and the room was a bit noisy, not from the other guests, but from noise from water in pipes as neighbors used bathrooms, thin walls.

Here for at least 4 months. We are here with our fur babies. Everyone has been wonderful! This hotel is definitely long-term stay comfortable. The hotel truly has everything you need. If you forget something, there is all kinds of shopping across the street. Pretty good restaurants within walking distance too. The staff is very caring and treat everyone like family. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very secured, the staff absolutely stellar, particularly Seth, who checked me in and offered a wealth of information. Everyone was extremely friendly. The room was lovely, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Excellent experience and I will stay here again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the happy hour that was offered each of the nights that I was there. The food was delicious and the opportunity to connect with others staying at the hotel was a lot of fun. Our room was clean, and the kitchen in our room had everything we needed.
