My wife and I had an excellent three-night stay here. You can’t beat the convenient downtown location, which is within walking distance of so much. (I recommend Snooze for breakfast, and Machete – right across the street – for flavorful tacos and some of the most mouth-watering salsas I can remember.) Our Loft room was spacious and well-appointed, and I thought it was a great value for the money. Speaking of, at least when we stayed there, the hotel included little value-adds that meant a lot: bottled water on check-in, a free glass of wine daily in the hoppin’ downstairs bar, a free cup of coffee each morning, and a free ice cream at night. Gracie was at the front desk when we checked in and checked out: She typified the friendly, professional, and eager-to-help attitude of all the Crawford staff we encountered. Highly recommended.

The Crawford Hotel was absolutely beautiful, and we loved the overall feel of the place. The design of the rooms was spectacular, with a unique charm. We chose a room with small windows near the trains, and it was awesome. The courtesy Lyft service for up to 2 miles was a fantastic perk, making our stay even more convenient. The staff took great care of us throughout our visit. One point of feedback would be the current construction around the area, which impacted our experience slightly. Our room was missing towel hooks, likely because it is so new. Additionally, there wasn’t a dedicated space to work with a laptop, which would have been helpful. Despite these minor issues, our room was beautiful and the hotel’s historic and iconic ambiance added to the experience. We appreciated the excellent security and the proximity to the stadium and dining options. Overall, The Crawford Hotel provided a memorable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Rooms are comfortable and amazingly quiet considering the amount of activity in and around Union Station. Freebies and discounts at on-site establishments is a nice amenity. Location is wonderful for all major sporting and entertainment venues and access to transit is top notch. Minor annoyances are: the $100+ / day additional fees and taxes not mentioned on booking sites. Room furnishings lean more toward form over function…round edged night stands are problems waiting to happen. Rooms greatly lacking in flat table spaces TV channel selections are terrible for a high end hotel Wi-fi was problematic. But all said, we would definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Denver

If you’re looking for wow factor, the Crawford oozes it at every turn. The hotel and location itself are beautifully restored pieces of Denver history, and the suite’s probably 20-foot ceilings usher you into a beautiful, well-appointed room, the most luxurious bathroom (with separate soaking tub), and most importantly: a sleep-inducing mattress. This bed is probably THE most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on across the entire hotel price spectrum.

My stay at The Crawford Hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional service and hospitality. Located inside the iconic Denver Union Station, The Crawford Hotel added a unique charm and convenience to my trip, making it easy to explore the city. Their newly renovated room was beautifully appointed, blending modern amenities with classic touches that made it feel incredibly luxurious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the attention to detail in the room’s design was impressive. However, what truly stood out was the service. The staff, Auberry and Cole, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, from personalized recommendations to prompt responses to any requests. The amenities, including access to the Union Station’s shops and restaurants, were also top-notch. Every aspect of my stay was meticulously crafted to provide an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend The Crawford Hotel highly enough for anyone visiting Denver. It’s truly a gem in the heart of the city!

Room was very overpriced and not what was depicted when I booked. No view. Window was so high up couldn’t see out. Room layout super weird. Would not stay at location again.
