We arrived at the hotel around 1800 and we were greeted by noel. Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the property since they were having some activity. Noel explained everything whats going on at the hotel thats why we were relocated to another property which was the Best Western Premier and it was just across Comfort Inn. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the new property. Tnx to Noel at the Comfort Inn for assisting us relocate to a new property.

The front desk staff were friendly but they didn’t know anything about the town, and there were no brochures for nearby attractions. When we asked the staff what was to do around there neither of the ladies knew of anything to do and unfortunately couldn’t guide us to someone who knew. We called ahead to make sure that the hot tub was open and working, they said yes. When we arrived a few hours later it was open, with water in it, but the child in hot tub stated the water was “pee warm”, and the jets did not work. Otherwise the pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was out of this world some one was stationed and kept the hole area tidy. She made sure everyone had a breakfast voucher and even stopped 2 people from trying to sneak in.

The card reader could be up graded due to not reading are cards to get into the building and are room. But that was the only down side to are are stay.

I had an early morning flight and was planning on working remote from the Hotel Lobby as it was way before normal check-in time. When I arrived, Alissa looked up my reservation and offered to switch my reservation room type from 1 King bed to 2 doubles in order to facilitate an early check-in at no extra charge! I appreciated this very much and was able to get a quick nap in my room before starting my remote work. Hotel was clean, bed linens were soft and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great! Hotel is in walking distance to various restaurants, casual food places, and gas station convenience stores. I would stay here again as it is a convienent ride from the Denver airport.

Good value for the money. Beds were very comfy, room was clean. The heater worked well, which can be a bit of a hit or miss for those under-window units. Rated 4 because the breakfast is adequate only. The waffle maker is standard, there were biscuits and gravy, the Canadian bacon looked like it had been just dumped out of its plastic wrap into the warmish water. There were no eggs and didn't appear to be any room for any, although there was salsa and shredded cheese out. So, lots of carbs, not many other options. The hotel is on a main road so there were lots of sirens. But the room didn't feel crowded, the water was hot, the tub was clean.
