Hyatt Place Denver Downtown

Great hotel. Easy to get to and there are reasonably priced parking lots nearby.

It’s a great hotel, the personnel is very kind and the breakfast is very good. Excellent location and great views, very clean and I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Denver.

Hotel worked great for me and my family. Convenient location. Check-in process was easy, valet parking worked well, and the room was clean. Breakfast was pretty basic, and seating for breakfast was extremely limited. And, because we were there on a weekend, it was extremely loud in the breakfast area. Made us not want to even bother with it. Everything else was good.

Our stay was wonderful and so was the staff.

Hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Denver, it was a one block walk to the convention center and a few blocks from where all the bars and restaurants are. Hotel itself is lackluster. My room was “clean” in that the sheets were clean and surfaces wipes but the drapes had food, urine or other on them. The sides of furniture had food caked on them, corners of rooms and near doors were gray with dust and dust bunnies and the carpets were horribly stained. The gym is your typical hotel gym with no weight over 50lbs. There is an indoor swimming pool. The free breakfast was passable, not so bad that you have to eat out. Parking was a rip off. Note for Hyatt Globalists, this property does nothing for you unless you’ve booked on points. Overall I’d stay here again for a budget business trip but I’ll definitely check what’s available in the area and see if we could do better.

If all you care about is good free breakfast. This is the place to be. It’s also very close to the conference center. If you would like competent staff, a comfortable bed, reasonable housekeeping services, or a quiet night’s sleep, don’t stay here. The bedding is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The bed was hard and had a huge dent in it. There is a party every night of the week on the rooftop next door and it is right at your level with noise for many of the floors.
