It’s a great hotel, the personnel is very kind and the breakfast is very good. Excellent location and great views, very clean and I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Denver.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the exhibition center. Everything is good except that there are no slippers and water. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful (the windows cannot be opened). The toilets and room types are good, and the service is also very good.

Very poor shower pressure. Had to run the water for 10 minutes before it got hot enough to take a shower. All the television channels glitched out to the point it was unwatchable. The outlets above the side lamps are completely loose and wouldn't hold a cord in. Overall very disappointed in this Hyatt location. I chose not to bring these issues up because I did not want to pack everything up and change rooms. I also doubt with two conferences happening at the Denver Conference Center that any spare rooms were available. Coffee was good but breakfast was mostly inedible on the two days I tried it. They also wouldn't honor a request for a one hour late check out time

We left a necklace hanging from the light by the bed and when I called the front desk after a couple hours of checking out, they said they would ask the cleaning staff and I never heard anything back. They also transferred me to the lost and found department to leave and message and never got a call back. Also, the pool was filthy and I took pictures. The filter must be broken or you have no one tending to it. Very disappointing stay.

Needs updating badly. TV did not have any HD channels and as a result, no local networks. Old carpets, old paint, old furniture, the breakfast had whole wheat toast and no other bread. Overall, not impressed at all. The Hyatt typically delivers a better experience than this one.
