Avoid This Hotel – Zero Compassion for Guests in Emergencies I had a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel but was unable to check in because my flight was canceled due to a severe winter storm. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation and the uncontrollable circumstances, the hotel refused to reimburse me or offer any form of assistance. This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in situations beyond a guest's control. Travelers need accommodations that understand the unpredictability of travel, not establishments that prioritize profits over people. If you value customer service and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests once they have your money.

No front desk. Check in was a fiasco even though we gave them our time of arrival. I tried to check in on the kiosk but it wouldn’t activate our room key. Finally my husband went into to restaurant since we could hear people talking. Staff were sitting around a table eating and acted like my husband was interrupting them. After he explained our issue, one of the staff said “didn’t you get my text asking for your ETA? “ my husband replied “yes, I responded 3:30” Turns out she had already activated our keys but failed to let us know that. Parking was very difficult to find, we had to park quite a ways away. Then that night we got a spot at the front door and came back to a ticket. A sign at the corner which was about 5 car lengths away that said “no parking every 3rd Tuesday” it would have been nice if there were any staff there to let us know. Out of towners beware Denver will charge snd ticket you any time they can. Parking in a lot downtown was $27 for 12 hrs. There was no way to choose a lesser amount The air conditioner/ heater was a joke. No matter what setting I put the fan on it would randomly come on and sounded like a jet engine. Also there was no ice available unless you go into the restaurant and ask. They did give us a bucket of ice but there’s no directions in the room for anything except tipping Also

Perfect for families and still feels luxurious Stayed in the pioneer suite. It was perfect for our big family. The 20ft ceilings made the room feel huge. The teenagers loved the rainfall shower and le labo toiletries. I appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. Even though it doesn’t operate like a traditional hotel with a front lobby the folks at the restaurant are willing to help with whatever questions you have. A microwave in the room would be helpful but other than that, the space is very well equipped and beautiful. Would highly recommend.

The room was perfect for our family of five. We were comfortable and had space to move around. Room was very clean.

Great location! Great location and free street parking! There is no front desk staff but check in was easy and convenient. Comfy bed and relaxing rain shower. We’ll definitely return

VERY cute! Not walkable and safety issues though The rooms here are stunning and spacious so if that's what you are looking for stay here! Also the restaurant downstairs was the best meal I've ever had in my life. It's a bit disconnected from Denver so you will have to Uber most places. There is one restaurant food combo across the street but the nearest coffee shop is a 10-minute walk. Just something to keep in mind if you are looking for a place that is convenient to things. There was also an incident where a random person was sleeping on the sofa in the hallway one night. So there could be some safety upgrades made since there is no staff onsite at this property except for housekeeping.
