Basically, this kind of service quality has nothing to do with Hilton.
1-The bus that comes here from the airport is extremely dirty. The seat cushions are full of dirt. It took a long time to wait and it didn’t come. There were so many people that I couldn’t get on.
2-The breakfast is a joke, it is unheard of for a hotel breakfast of 2,000 yuan to be so basic.
3-The room was not cleaned once during the stay until the day of check-out
4-The lady at the front desk has an indifferent attitude
5-The facilities are simple, sorry for the price

We booked this hotel because we had an early morning flight home. The room was very spacious offering all you could need. The kitchen area was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a great addition, especially starting early at 6 am for those catching an early flight. Surprisingly despite being near the airport, we heard no planes during our stay. The only downside was noise from the hallway being a bit loud (non-considerate guests, slamming doors). We chose not to use the shuttle service and returned our rental right before our flight. However, the shuttle seemed to come and go regularly while we were there.

Everything went well - incredibly spacious for our group of five even with all of our ski equipment brought to the room to repack for flying out.

The hotel staff was very nice. The lobby was bright and clean. My room was ok. The sofa was pretty dirty and I didnt opt to sit on it. The bedding was ok but not the nicest. The hotel was very convenient to the airport so it served it purpose.

Make sure to schedule the airport shuttle otherwise they may not have room for you.
We did not realize that we had to schedule it, so we're unable to use the free shuttle, even though that was one of the reasons we specifically picked this hotel. Shuttle driver was quite rude and AM front desk not super helpful.
