Walls were dirty bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and valet parking took forever no one in the front of the hotel plus extra money to park your car.

I booked it because of it's proximity to my business reason for being in Denver. But every facet of this property had me wanting to stay longer. The staff were professional but friendly. The history of the building was interesting. But the real gem, for me, was the room itself; spacious, modern, clean, with a great view from the balcony. Great value for the price. When I return to Denver, this WILL be where I stay.

Loved the big cozy room, felt very secure and safe inside and housekeeping was very clean and polite. Love the fact that there is no smoking in the rooms and our view was awesome

Parking is a nightmare unless you want to pay 36 dollars for valet. The AC/Heat unit in our room didn’t function. The beds were old spring type beds that were very firm and uncomfortable. They didn’t have real pillows, just tiny square pillows. I paid 157 in advance for the room including all taxers and fees through Hopper. When I checked in they told me there was a 75.00 deposit for incidentals and when I checked out tax would be deducted from that 75.00. What? Fine. Worry about it later. I checked out the next day on my way to my next stop and get an email from Warwick with a receipt that did not align with my purchase on Hopper. I check my bank account and they charged me 76 dollars. I contacted the hotel and they were clueless and could not explain the charge. So 157 plus 76 is 233 dollars for this terrible room. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. There are so many better alternatives in that price range. Comparatively, the next place I stayed was Motel 6. A vastly better experience. How was this hotel rated 4.5 stars????
