We loved everything about this hotel and will certainly return when we are visiting Denver. Everyone was so nice and the food was great as well.

It was a classy hotel. Room was huge and the balcony was a nice touch. Short stay so did not use pool or rec room. Restraunt was great at all times and you couldn’t beat the location.

Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!
Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

Staff is less than accomadating however the bell hop was great. Not enough trollies. Parking is ridiculous and the price of valet as well as parking on the street or in the garage is absurd. The rooms are great the balconies are an amazing feature since they renovated no problem with the rooms

It is interesting that my original review of the Warwick in Denver was never posted... I will try to be more ambiguous this time. You will need to read between the lines since this platform will not allow me to describe what happened. Let us just say the surprise we found on the pullout couch made us gather our belongings right away. We went to the front desk with photos that this platform will not allow me to upload. The staff moved us to a new room immediately. They told us an exterminator would inspect the original room. Then the new room had a previous guest’s dirty clothes in it. That was not the only issue. My wife experienced an illness after swimming in the rooftop pool. I will simply say women should think twice before getting into the water. We spoke with Kristephano Culmer who is the Director of the Rooms Division. His response to the issues was very nonchalant. This is not the type of hotel experience we expected. We have never had problems like this at any other hotel.
