Horrible experience from the moment we walked through the door. First, I picked this hotel because I wanted to see the fireworks from the rooftop for NYE. Soon as we walk up to the receptionist we get hit with a sign that says rooftop is reserved all night. Why can people even reserve the rooftop on NYE in the first place? I wouldn't have stayed at the hotel if I was informed I'd be screwed out of the experience. This really soured our moods and set the tone. Secondly and most importantly, we saw a BED BUG in our room on New Years day after our NYE experience was already ruined. Yes BED BUG!! picture included. Our whole trip was ruined at that point, we canceled and got a refund. Then we had to spend hours checking all of our stuff for bed bugs and going through that whole terrible process. You know what the hotel said? "sorry". Never going back.
