Thompson Denver was amazing! Chris was exceptional. The skyline suite was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing time! Will go there again!

Service was exceptional during our stay...from check-in, bar, breakfast, and check-out. They even recognized the special occasion and left a lil gift in the room. Location is very good and room was clean.

Nice spot in a great location. Very accessible walking to everything. Free ride bus was so convenient to the outdoor malls area.

I had a pretty fantastic stay here. The staff were really great and hospitable throughout my entire stay. I booked my first night on points and the remainder with Prive and my reservations were merged at check in so I didn’t need to switch rooms. I booked a base room and was upgraded to a 1 King Corner room. The corner rooms are more spacious, with a desk by the entrance facing a window, and a wardrobe in the hallway connecting the entryway and the room. Beside the bed there was a little couch as well, which I put my luggage on since there was an empty space that looked like it was for luggage, but oddly there was no luggage rack was in the room. My room was pretty quiet, I couldn’t hear any street noise on the 8th floor, nor my neighbors. I was given 2 plastic bottles of water at check in, but there’s also 2 reusable aluminum bottles in the room. Turndown service is also offered, but I couldn’t figure out what time they come by so I ended up missing it for most nights. Breakfast at Chez Maggy was pretty great, the Globalist credit is $40/person while the Prive credit is $60 total. You can have brunch on weekends, but only before 11am. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and how well I was treated, so I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Our family stayed for three nights at the Thompson Hotel by Hyatt in Denver’s Lower Downtown neighborhood. It is a new hotel convenient for shopping, dining, bars, and Union Station. This is a leisure hotel and lacks a business center. The large lobby is good for getting together. There is valet parking. The rooms are modern and well equipped, though lacking a bathtub. We stayed on a lower floor where street noise intruded and hindered the view. Prices were comparable to other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
