Tru By Hilton accommodation in Denver

My family of four stayed for four nights during the July 4th holiday. Due to COVID, there was a grab and go breakfast that consisted of bagels, fruit and yogurt. Masks were required and the pool required a reservation (booked in 1 hour increments with no more than 6 people) I don't know if it was because of COVID, but our room was never cleaned. We had an overflow of trash and had to ask for new towels, daily. Other than that, the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The decor was fun and chic. The beds were comfy. Parking is free. Our room did not have a safe and no tub, only a shower.

The transportation is convenient. You can take the Free Mall Ride or other buses nearby to Union Station and then take it to the airport. There are free drinks in the lobby and many breakfast options. The bed in the room I stayed in was relatively soft and the air conditioner was a bit loud. I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but the front desk said it was not available. It is worth mentioning that when traveling in Denver, don’t miss NBA games (the hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the Ball Arena. Do not bring handbags larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches. Backpacks are not allowed). You must also visit Red Rock and Amphitheater.
