300塊房費的酒店沒有wifi！前台推給服務員，服務員完全沒有維修能力，進門後蠻橫強硬一句客氣話都不會説，跟我們欠她二百塊一樣！什麼都不懂還指指點點，這樣還來了兩次耽誤我們兩次時間！一看就是關係户走後門進來的沒有經過一點培訓！最後來了一句：電信下班了沒辦法。我擦電信下班了關我們什麼事？這麼大的酒店連個備用方案沒有嗎？難道讓我們住客去找電信去維修嗎？啊？而且你什麼態度啊！會不會説人話啊？經沒經過培訓啊？我花300塊來沒有網絡，不僅耽誤了我的工作，還要受你們的欺負！簡直欺人太甚！你這麼豪華的酒店打分衹有4.2開始都搜不到看來是有原因的！真是活該到此地步。你們老闆管不管？！
