Came in half an hour before check in time. We were still allow to go in early and given a room upgrade at 25th floor as well. They have both western and Chinese breakfast.

打開馬桶是用過沒沖的，電視投屏的網絡怎麼連也連不上，浴巾是洗的有點拉絲了的，沒有地下停車場，地上位置不多，去晚了很難停

作為君亭酒店的老客户，莫干山德信君亭酒店環境及酒店佈局還是不錯。服務人員素質也熱情有加，服務及酒店佈局給予5分好評。但酒店設施老舊這是不變的事實，入住期間中途停水，恢復供水後一個晚上都供應不上熱水，這點舊設施需改造一下，才能保證君亭的更優質。

春節出遊性價比最高酒店，反向出行的極度優勢體現，先是房間出奇的大，衞生間也是出奇的大，早餐以為是平平無奇的酒店早餐，沒想到，再次驚艷到我，迎着朝霞吃着早餐感覺太棒了，服務也是非常到位，經過後無意中聽到空調聲音有點大，及時替我們處理，有需要會推薦給朋友

槽點：臨街的房間比較吵，隔音不好，能聽到抽水馬桶下水的聲音，令人不適。

1.房間內下水管道的聲音巨大，沒有隔音，影響睡眠，衹有後半夜其他房間沒人用水時，才能安靜；2.地面酒店專用停車位安裝了地鎖，找保安，保安説是酒店專用，讓找酒店前台解決；找酒店前台，前台説是衹有一個是酒店專用有地鎖，而且不能使用，其他車位需要找保安，當時至少有三個酒店專用空位，兜了幾圈最終無法停車；3.因為2大1小，下午4點多找客房服務，加一床被子和一雙拖鞋，回覆是“被子沒有，拖鞋等吃飯的人回來再送”，直到離店也沒見到增加的拖鞋；其他問題不再贅述，畢竟假期人多，服務難免受影響
