週末帶一家老小到森泊水上樂園玩，三天兩晚，訂了兩間房，簡單説説體驗
設施：衝著不少好評來的，由於2022年新裝修的酒店🏨硬件設施和配置和平台描述基本沒有出入，大都符合四星的硬件標準，並且在暑假旺季，價格還是頗具性價比～
不足：1.餐廳非常小，在早餐用餐高峯，摩肩接踵，需等位很久，待向服務員詢問後，遂指引到同樓層會議室落座就餐……
2.酒店設有健身設施，親子遊樂設施，但是兩個單元設在同一區域，空間非常侷促，並且存在很大的安全隱患，成年人在鍛鍊的同時，不少孩子也好奇的躍躍欲試，在沒有家長的監護下，很容易受傷。
注：本人在入住的第二天，就在使用龍門架進行夾胸訓練時，被破損的把手倒刺割破手指，從而影響後續水上樂園的遊玩。（本人有10餘年健身經驗）在我受傷後還勸阻了不少想玩龍門架的小朋友，試想如果有小朋友不慎被割傷，那是多麼糟糕的事情～
服務：服務人員整體比較年輕，都挺有禮貌，也比較有耐心，但是服務意識相對欠缺一些，同時也比較被動
不足：1.辦理入住完，一間房衹給了一張房卡，待一步詢問後，補發了電卡。後續離店時前台反饋入住期間親子出行種種的不便時，對方反饋：如果需要，可以至前台沒間房各複製一張，以方便出行（為何不能換位思考，不提前告知）
2.本人在健身房鍛鍊，因器械破損受傷，説明設備平時的點檢保養，消殺工作是存在漏洞的，從而導致了一系列的安全隱患！ 當然在我反饋後，經理第一時間也給予了關心，並在我的要求下提供了創可貼和碘敷，次日在龍門架貼出維修告示進行整改。
3.入住第一天，進出地下停車場🅿️自如，第二天無法出場，致電前台，對方回覆您沒有錄入車牌，所以無法自動識別…………還是同樣的問題，為何入住時不詢問客户出行方式，並主動登記住户車輛訊息。（同樣沒有登記車牌，為何第一天可以進出，次日又不行了？讓我摸不着頭腦）
以上衹是我入住期間親身的一些體會分享，服務行業容錯率低，魔鬼都在細節，希望貴酒店能亡羊補牢，以後越來越好👍

滿分體驗，遠超預期的入住，必須給個全五星好評！前台的高效熱情辦理，服務無可挑剔。遇到的小問題反饋後也立刻得到解決，外賣會由機器人送到房間門口，真正做到了賓至如歸。絕對是商旅和休閑的優質選擇，強烈推薦，下次來還會住這裏！

大廳乾淨，房間整潔，服務人員熱情，見到客人都會主動打招呼。管家式服務會提供附近攻略，設施齊全，早餐很棒很豐富。
唯一不滿意的事情不是酒店本身的問題，而是遇到了隔壁是一位“勇士”，房間其實挺隔音，但是他們不用床，把板凳抵着牆一陣懟（具體情況大家各自腦補吧），那幾分鐘我衹能被迫感受牆體傳來的時快時慢的“咚咚咚”聲，真是夠了😮💨

️⃣真的是寶藏酒店～莫干山這家酒店太適合帶娃了👶房間乾淨，交通方便，隨便叫車都秒應！早餐種類也比較多，水果種類很多😂還有機器人送餐，小朋友一直讓我點外賣，去找機器人。所有工作人員都像家人一樣，服務很好很好，態度也好，要加嬰兒用品立刻送來，還送了小禮品🐻這服務這配置，下次來還住這兒！

這次入住體驗直接拉滿！大堂設計簡約有格調，前台小姐姐笑容超治癒，辦理入住時人多但也能輕鬆搞定。房間乾淨得無可挑剔，床品軟乎乎像陷進雲朵，智能馬桶和充足的充電口太懂需求。性價比絕了，下次來必復購！
