las habitaciones son confortables, y limpias, pero no tiene aire acondicionado, que en verano es indispensable. El sito es acogedor y limpio. El servicio tambien es bueno y la comida que ofrecen muy rica. Lo recomiendo pero obviamente no en verano

Very friendly staff and prompt service. Felt like staying in somebody’s house. The breakfast was tasty and big. Convenient location. Highly recommend! Also try their original Turkish delight sandwich biscuits . Very yummy! Only downside was a short of toilet paper but you can always be replenished promptly upon request.

Kayata is a cosy, unique and magical hotel. Ayse on reception was AMAZING- she was so attentive, kind, warm and responsive. Hotel is situated in the perfect location in Urgup with free parking outside (car essential in Cappadocia if you want to see the sites). We could walk to all the local attractions- restaurants, bars, wine tasting, hamam etc. The room was divine- I felt like royalty! We even got engaged in there it was that special. Breakfast was fab- Turkish breakfast in a cosy breakfast room with great service. Hotel is happy to arrange all the activities for you and alcohol is also available and can be brought to your room. Also recommend using the transparent dome tent on the terrace- so cosy, can arrange shisha and drinks with a moutain view which is amazing. Note there was a smell of damp in the room but I felt this was part and parcel of staying in a cave with its own jacuzzi and hot shower. A dehumidifier was provided. It didn't bother us much. Loved it and would stay again. Thank you.

Eşimle 2 gecelik konaklama için Kayata Cave Suites’i tercih ettik. Otel ve odalar temiz, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Çok memnun kaldığımız noktalar; -Kahvaltısı çeşit açısından güzel ve sıcak servis ediliyordu. İsteğe göre menemen/omlet/sucuk vs sorulup ona göre sıcak hazırlanıyor. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hepsinin eline emeğine sağlık. - Oturma alanlarında çay kahvenin ikram olması hoşumuza gitti. -Oda temizliği güzeldi. Mini buzdolabında içecekler, ilk gün meyve tabağı ikramdı. Güzeldi. - Akşam yağmur yağdığında teras kattaki Dome’de sobanın sıcaklığında oturup çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Genelde akşam saatlerinde gördüğümüz çay/kahve servisiyle ilgilenen bir abi vardı. Sohbeti, ilgisi çok güzeldi. Kapadokya hakkında da bize güzel bilgiler verdi. Adını unuttuk ona da selam olsun burdan her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Geliştirilebilecek olumsuz deneyimlerimiz; - 2. Günümüzün sabahında odadaki gider kokusu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Jakuziden geldiğini tahmin ediyoruz. Odadan çıkarken havalandırmanın çalıştırılmasını rica ettik. Geldiğimizde koku yoktu. Ama uykumuzdan uyandıracak şekilde yoğun bir kokuydu. Jakuzi bakımları ve temizliği daha sık yapılabilir. - Terastaki Dome çok güzel. Fakat kedi idrarı kokuyor. Temizliğine daha dikkat edilebilir. -Tuvaletin kapısının olmaması bizim için eksi bir durum. Herkesin eline emeğine sağlık. Sevgilerimizle :)

The hotel was perfect, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, provided us with charger for the phones. The cave room was large with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent, all staff was extremely nice and helpful. View from the top of the hotel was picturesque. We had a great time.
