When I checked in the person at the front desk asked me my name and I told her. She confirmed it and never asked for my identification and apparently there is another guest with the same name. Only until she asked if I wanted to keep the payment on a credit card that I didn’t have did I asked if she had the correct person.
After that we went to our room and noticed the toilet was running and didn’t think anything of it. The next day it continued running and overflowing. The housekeeper manager was the nicest person and helped us to get our room changed. The front desk didn’t even want to move us. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment desperately. I will not be going back there again.

As soon as we got in the room, it smelled as though someone had just used the bathroom. Good thing my wife packs air freshener or we would have asked for another room. Stayed on the top floor and it was quiet. Sofa wasn't too comfortable but only stayed one night. Breakfast is not included which is offered at most other hotels.

Called ahead of booking to secure jacuzzi in my room and that promised wasn't fulfilled even after we said something to staff, just gave us complimentary breakfast tickets that didn't really satisfy what I originally wanted.

Average hotel, nice rooms. Parking is a bit tight and no extras, breakfast available for a fee.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would have. You can hear everything in the next room to you and in the hallway, and people are not yelling they are talking in low voices. We stayed on the 1st floor and every toilet flush and sink use in the rooms above us would make our toilet bubble and sink bubble up with loud noises. They started charging for breakfast now so even as a diamond member you get a 10 dollar credit for breakfast per room but breakfast is 15 dollars a person so for a family of 4 with the credit it would be 50 dollars to eat breakfast in the hotel for a family staying in 1 room. That's absurd! The only good thing about this hotel is the location 3 miles to Hershey Park. I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Kids loved the pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very accommodating when supplies were needed. Nice environment overall
