The hotel is family run, the owners work very hard to keep guest happy & comfortable. Nothing was too much effort. We can not fault them. We had a lovey time & will look to go back soon. The hotel is up quite a steep winding hill & most of it as no pavement/side walk. So be aware if walking up & down at night All in all we would recommend the hotel to our friends & family

Sono stata con mia figlia per una tappa del Sentiero del Viandante. Il posto è molto bello, in ottima posizione soprattutto per chi fa il Sentiero dal momento che è a poche decine di metri dall'inizio della tappa. La colazione è ricca e particolarmente curata. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili.

La struttura ha una vista spettacolare ma soprattutto dei padroni stupendi cordiali, gentili e molto simpatici! L’ambiente è accogliente, le stanze hanno tutto il necessario e nel buffet della colazione ci sono dei formaggi locali buonissimi. Insomma un posto molto accogliente!

Ottima sistemazione in Dervio, poco fuori dal centro e con possibilità di parcheggio, molto importante in paesi su laghi. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Buona colazione con marmellate ottime prodotte in proprio. Da consigliare vivamente.

Soggiorno sul romantico lago di Como durante un giro in moto. Villa bellissima, curata, con un giardino favoloso. I proprietari ci accolgono con grande simpatia e disponibilità. La camera è grande con stupenda vista lago, molto pulita e fornita del necessario. Colazione più che abbondante. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Siamo stati ricevuti dai proprietari con gentilezza e cortesia. Ci hanno offerto il ricovero delle bici all'interno della struttura. Stanza ampia e fresca, colazione abbondante con confetture squisite. I proprietari e residenti della villa, sono persone affabili ed è stato un piacere scambiare due chiacchiere con loro.
