Had a good experience. Unit was clean and as described. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located downtown Des Moines. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. If you are staying multiple days, highly recommend over a hotel stay.

Extremely noisy unit- sirens, water pipes circulating noise, even the AC is so noisy. We lived on first floor, noise from Tenant upstairs - walking, slamming doors, the garage door below our unit opening and closing non stop 24/7. The cushion on the couch is torn and cotton was spilling out . There are bare minimum furniture in the living room area. The TV has no local news or sports news. The instructions for using the appliance are poor and non existing. I have to text the management and it takes hours before they respond. They should have a simple instruction manual on the table for the visitors so there is no need to call. The hallway carpets especially the stairs are heavily stained.

Very very noisy. We are on the first floor 112-the banging in the hall every 10 minutes, plus the loud street noise is bad. I would never stay here again. Also, no parking, no fitness center, no front desk—unless you are traveling with a big family or sports team, go somewhere else.

reserved a two room suite and was unknowingly changed to single room. believe to obtain higher cost. unresolved. reserved six months in advance. unknown charge as well. unmanned hotel so nobody to speak to and customer service is almost impossible to get ahold of. the room we had to take was fine overall but the overall experience was terrible.

The apartment was clean and full of common necessities . A public parking garage was 500 ft away. The skywalk was very close . Great stay

The property had the basics of what we needed and worked well for our family. Staff had great communication. Laundry was good.

Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us.

Was a nice place, easy accommodations and much better price than 2 separate hotel rooms. We had 2 beds , 2 baths and an entire kitchen/ utility set up with laundry. Was close to everything. Would stay again.
