Avoid at all costs. This hotel is dirty and reeks of mold and mildew. The front desk staff are rude and aloof. There are people who live there who smoke and hang out. This is a run down dump!

I stayed at Comfort Inn O'Hare recently and had a really nice stay. The check-in was fast and efficient and the staff I interacted with were friendly. The room was clean as well as the rest of the facility. The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle. I would definitely stay again.

Couldn't change the AC/Heater temperature nor turn it off.
Called the Shuttle from the ORD Shuttle terminal, at 11.30pm and they told me it'd take 30 to 40' which I wasn't going to wait.
I had to then spend / waste $20 to Uber to the hotel.
I had called the day before explicitly to understand how the request a shuttle and they assured me it was a 24/7 service but you cannot tell me I'll need to wait for it for 20/40' if the hotel is 10' away.
Plus, first I called as soon as I got off the plane and when I was literally 5' away from the shuttle terminal and they told me I had to call the once I got there instead of getting going sending the shuttle.
Complete disregard for the guest

Disappointed in our treatment. The woman we spoke with at the front desk was rude to my husband when he explained we needed to cancel the morning of our stay due to a military deployment time getting moved up. She told us no manager was on duty and to call back for a refund. When I called back the manager said there was nothing they could do and we would not be getting a refund. I understand there is a 24 hour policy, but I also think they could be a little more lenient when someone is serving their country and leaving for a deployment. Especially considering someone else from our group was able to get a refund the day of because she was sick. Will not choose Comfort Inn again for our trips to the Chicago area.
