Very clean and new hotel. The location is good. Takes about 10 mins from ORD. The shuttle is good as well.

It was a pleasant experience and we will stay in this hotel in the future for sure and will also try Avid Hotel in other locations. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was spic and span, the staff was excellent, parking of car was not an issue at all, next to O'Hare Airport and convenient from every aspect.

No hair dryer, no toothbrush and toothpaste (not even at the front desk), no direct dial to the front desk, no service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avid. Very clean. Love the beds and the double shades to get good night rest. We pleased they gave us a late checkout after ringing in the New Year. Thank you!

The location was great. We had a target and plenty of dinner options right across the street. The shuttle service was also great. We were able to call the shuttle driver directly for convenience.

I stayed here for one night and it was very different from other hotels. It was super nice and updated. I liked the use of cards for the light fixtures so we are not wasting energy! Good in the morning was like any other hotel breakfast but I did enjoy the options they had out!
