Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. Room was clean with great view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of selection. Enjoyed the pool and the direct access to beach as well.

It was an amazing experience, from the reception to the room to the restaurants to the breakfast to the beach access and the cycle ride facility to the buggy service to the shuttle service to the in-house bar to the kids swimming pool to the game room to the kids play area. It was an unbelievable experience.

2nd time staying at Westin Desaru, definitely a good location near to the water park for the kids.

Great stay in Westin Desaru Coast Hotel! Just little regrets is water pressure for the toilet is very low! If only the TV can connect to netflix also will be 100/100!! love our stay here with awesome services provided!! The staff even remember us thankyou westin! 😃

Friendly staff and hotels is facing the beach. They had new pool and my kud really love it.

Not very impressed by some details such as our room not being ready when we've arrived at 3pm. We waited for half an hour at the lobby and no nothing at all, just some colouring pencils for my kids to draw, which they aren't keen on. Also, on my 2nd day, we went back to the room at 4pm only to realise the housekeeping isn't done yet. And we had to leave and the cleaner come at 5pm to get it done. No water being given too, not sure why. Overall not very pleased and also, the room looks quite old and run down. Flooring and mold in the toilet... Like the breakfast selection though, and the location being so near to the beach.

Nice hotel for a get away , nice pool , great breakfast , good room overlooking the sea . Great customer service and friendly staff . Spa is good and worth the money .

Very nice roomwith bathtub. Free bicycle for hotel guest, beach front hotel, excellent breakfast with old school nasi lemak n teh Tarik.

We had a pleasure experience staying here from moment we arrived until the day we checkout.. all the staff well trained and very helpful.. i did mentioned i came for my wife birthday celebration and the hotel did decorate our room for her birthday, I’m so happy for that effort.. the breakfast have wide variety and tastefully. They did provide free parking as well. I will definitely come back if I travel to desaru again.

We had a good stay there and very well rested. The breakfast buffet is really marvelous as per other reviews. Also thumbs up to the hotel crews on the great hospitality and prompt service!

I was told and assurance that I will Get full refund As there was a bad incident hotel at hotel The bathtub tap head giveaway and flew out and lay into bath tub Lucky there isn’t young kid in t bathtub , but it flew and hit on my left wrist area

We can feel garbage smell when we open the door. Generally, this hotel is located at the good location. Facing beautiful beach.
