A localização é muito boa, bem como o atendimento. E embora o quarto não seja ruim, alguns detalhes incomodaram um pouco, pois a aparência do banheiro não estava muito boa, bem como o chuveiro(poderia ser melhor), as camas não são da melhore qualidade, porém isso não foi um problema para ficar com minha familia e voltaríamos a ficar nesse hotel

The reception team is very kind, the Matheus, John and mostly Victoria, and they make the guest feel at home. Intensive care with the COVID (handsets and masks in the morning are required). I was very small, very tight. Clean. Good shower, hot water plenty and fast. Good beds. simple but sufficient breakfast, with constant repos. I had difficulties with the Internet.

At the end of the weekend of our hosting, breakfast provided 3 types of juices, orange, orange, (the two natural) and artificial grape juice. I asked the attendant to make a juice of another taste, abacaxi, maracujá, melon, goiaba... less orange, because I really don't like it. Simple hotel and ... liar. Advertising 24-hour room service. It is on the internet page, on the room brochure, on the sticky paper on the phone. Because I arrived in the room near 23:00, I called the room service number to ask for water (not in the room) and I was not attended. It is common to go down in Viracopos by night, take over two hours of road and get to the already tired hotel - and after the time of the restaurants. The hotel is awful and free but clean, the decoration is pulled into the dressing room and is inexistent in the room, the shower is OK, but the shampoo they offer smells strange. I had a lunch at the restaurant, one afternoon, and it was perhaps the worst cheeseburger in my life. I would have given a slightly higher assessment, but the fraud in the services announced is very serious.
