Eccellente tutto!Il servizio,la posizione con la discesa al lago di fronte,la colazione abbondantissima e variegatissima,la camera con balcone,la piscina interna riscaldata🔝. Grazie per il piacevolissimo soggiorno. Staff molto gentile.

Esperienza negativa per il ristorante mangiare imbarazzante cameriera poco professionale, pulizia luoghi comuni piscina scarsa per terra sporco e c’erano i bicchieri per terra sporchi mai visto una cosa del genere, abbiamo chiesto le bici ci sono state negate perché non volevano assumersi la responsabilità della bimba se la portavamo dietro mai visto una cosa del genere le bici sono a disposizione dei clienti … l’unica nota positiva la colazione e la piscina mai più

Tout était parfait. L'accueil royal, n'hésitez pas à aller les voir, elles sont de très bons conseils pour les visites. Toutes les services et les prestations sont à disposition gratuite. À savoir piscine intérieur chauffée avec jacuzzi, sauna, et un autre jacuzzi en terrasse. Parking, vélo. Peignoir 4€ une fois. Le restaurant prix très raisonnable et bon, on y a mangé tous les soirs. Le lit plus que parfait. Le summum balcon avec vue sur le lac.

Such lovely hotel. On the outskirts of Desenzano but a lovely 35 minute walk along the lake to the centre of the town . Reception staff really helpful. All the staff were friendly and not put off by my pigeon Italian . Excellent selection at breakfast. Only tiny negative was lack of kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Even a bottle of water would have been nice. Hot tub was great. Didn’t try the pool but it looked lovely. Very clean everywhere.

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was excellent as well. The hotel is literally 50m from the lake and the free bike hire just wrapped up a glorious stay. I would definitely recommend and will be going back

Buona e varia la colazione, bene l'insonorizzazione delle camere, comodo, anche se si riempie velocemente, il parcheggio coperto. Gentile e disponibile il personale. Bagni puliti, ma due piccole osservazioni: una la durezza del materasso e due la poca pulizia sotto i letti. Hotel comunque da consigliare.
