Ho soggiornato 4 giorni presso questa struttura in aprile. La location è molto bella curata e direttamente sul lago, camere belle, abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Cibo buono e menù vario. Servizio veloce e cordiale nulla da rimproverare..

Struttura eccellente situata in posiziona panoramica con vista mazzafiato. Servizi e personale impeccabili, camera molto bella e ristorante con piatti di qualità. Bellissima la l’area antistante il lago, attrezzata con sdraio e ombrelloni come un vero Beach Club (però con maggiori privacy e comfort). Posizione ottima, proprio davanti al lago e molto vicino al centro di Desenzano. Promosso!

Sono stato nelle suite davanti al lago, la posizione è davvero straordinaria. La struttura è molto bella, la camera arredata benissimo e nuova. Il personale è stato molto cortese, abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Credo davvero che ci siano pochissime strutture in una posizione così, la vista sul lago è davvero spettacolare. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito e davvero soddisfatto!

Posto eccezionale! Consigliatissimo, mi ci sono recato con amici, trattamento spettacolare, penso di tornare presto. La location è super curata e lo staff e molto preparato e cordiale, la vista lago poi lascia senza fiato, per non parlare del cibo!

A place with lots to recommend it. Good rooms, fantastic views,good location ruined by inept management. After booking an apartment with one bedroom and a separate living room and checking we were happy with this by using the website and confirming that it fit our requirements we were a bit miffed to find that we were given keys for a studio apartment (both adults and kids in one room). Rather than apologising for the mistake and giving us the correct room the supercilious manager decided to tell us we had “booked the wrong room”. Despite it clearly being the right room on the printed booking we’d brought with us. After our travel agent intervened - we were eventually given a room that *almost* matched the ones shown on the website. The website shows a room with 2 beds and a sofa in the kitchen room. This one had no sofa. We were told by the staff that “all the rooms are the same” so they were either lying to us or they are lying to everyone looking on their website. I think it’s probably the former. As this was far, far from a budget holiday I don’t expect this kind of stress and frustration when arriving. So no matter how nice it may appear on the website I can’t recommend.

Un week end in coppia con mio marito (forse la prima vacanza da soli dopo 30 anni di matrimonio): il Desenzano e' riuscito a farci riscoprire un romanticismo costruito di tanti piccoli dettagli. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle nuove suites: spazi ampi ma raccolti, bagno confortevole e con lo spazio giusto per mettere tutte le me cosine beauty, angolo cottura, frigo ampio perfino una macchina del caffe con cialde e tisane.. Vista: mozzafiato. Personale gentilissimo, pulizia estrema e cibo davvero buono. Colazione un po' a buffet e un po' servita perfetta sia per chi ama il salato sia per chi preferisce il dolce sia per chi punta sui cibi sani e nutrienti. Insomma una vacanza davvero indimenticabile.
