Fantastic location, right on Lake Garda. Magical view towards the mountains in the north and only a short walk to the harbour/centre along a great beach promenade. Nice pool area with a great view. Jetty to swim from by the sea.
Excellent service from the two ladies at reception.
Minuses: Very hard beds, got a mattress topper for 1 bed on request. They didn't have any more. Poorly cleaned, and little equipment in the kitchen. Lots of keys with keys, many different ones for beach gate/gate gate/terrace/terrace door/main door and rubbish room.
We lived on the ground floor, and think that if we return we will try our hand at a little higher up on the floors. And hope that mattress toppers/new beds are in place.

Could store suitcase in locked room on the last day (night flight)
Cons
DO not wash and leave your clothes outside to dry without you being sat watching them dry. We had clothes stolen at a valuable cost.
Pool floats also stolen mid week of our holiday.
Electric shock when pulling plug out of the bedroom socket
Fuse kept tripping and turning lights out
Room inside and outside dirty and so had to clean before we could settle in.
No toilets near the pool, so had to walk back to the apartment to use facility.

I JUST CANNOT write a better review than this. Would recommend everyone to stay in Desenzano and would recommend everyone to stay at Residenza Miralago. The proximity to Desenzano is very comfortable and the staff really take this place to the next level. Those who work at the reception do their utmost to ensure that you have a good stay and are fluent in several languages. If you are going to Garda, stay in Desenzano. If you are going to Desenzano, stay at Residenza Miralago! (I especially recommend the apartment Porzia 20 that we stayed at, here you have a 180 degree view of Lake Garda and have an infitiy veranda over the lake).

Came here with limited expectations and was still disappointed…. Booked the entire third floor, “Cleopatra”. For a thousand euros a night. Ridiculous. Hasn’t been cleaned for a while, AC not working, fridge off, reception area has youth hostel flair. Washing machine is shared and in basement. Best location possible, really nice staff, but ridiculous level of cleanliness and comfort. One (!) dishwasher tablet, one towel for four days.

We have booked this accommodation for September on AirBnB but the owners are totally blanking us and refusing to confirm the booking. I loved that the reception at the property was very accessible and gave alot of information when needed. Poula was a great person whom we adored. The view from this property was beyond amazing. Japanese restaurant next door had amazing food and prices were great as well. Everything is basically walking distance to in town. Walking along the lakeside. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the pool as the weather was a bit cool for that.

I spent 2 weeks in this residence and I really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, on the lake, with direct access, swimming pool overlooking the lake and very close to the center of Desenzano while remaining in a quieter position. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and spacious. I recommend the lake view apartments.

Muy bien el parking interior gratis. La habitación grande estupenda, pero la otra era interior y la cama tipo sofá, incomoda y claustrofóbica. La terraza era compartida. Las vistas al lago preciosas.
