For the first time in my life, it took me an hour to find someone to help me check in, and it took me another half an hour to find the room I booked. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely amazing resort and spa. Every staff member was kind, the resort grounds are beautifully landscaped, the rooms are comfortable and stylish. We stayed in the villas and were delighted. Exactly as shown online. Spa services were professional and in a lovely building with so many amenities. Mineral springs, adult only and healthy continental breakfast really tipped the scales to a perfect vacation. First time visit with my daughter for our hopefully annual trip. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Very hospitable staff. The guests are very friendly and interesting people. We generally have an opportunity to meet them, since it is a small, with an intimate setting and personalized service. Everything is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful! The perfect destination for a relaxed vacation and excellent spa trea**ents!

They took money twice and did not return it. The workers were very unfriendly. The water was dirty.

We stayed in one of the Villas. The two Villas are separate from the resort itself, about a block away in a neighborhood. They have more of an Airbnb feel, rather than a resort/spa. The Villa was nicely furnished, although the vinyl flooring was popping up in places and much of the woodwork, especially in the bathrooms, needed to be painted or replaced. All in all, not what we were expecting.
