Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Très serviable et réactif ; nous avons eu un soucis avec le mini bar de la chambre et le pommeau de douche, ils ont été changés le jour même . Le petit bémol est qu’il n’y a aucun repas avec spécialités locales, cela manque. Toutefois je vous recommande cet hôtel.

Lång väntetid i baren och restaurangen. Plankorna i entrén till restaurangen med många skruvar som stack upp. Lösa stenar i gångarna och dåligt belysta trappor. Detta kan förorsaka skador.

Really enjoyed this hotel, the scenery is stunning, the sunsets amazing, a wonderful seaview from our hotel bedroom. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful, Zsolt you are amazing, Linda is great on reception and Marcus at the beach bar is great too. The 2 guys who do the excursions are very friendly and helpful, no hard sell, just informative and helpful, advised us against a trip we wanted to go on because of our mobility, thank you. The food and the staff in the restaurant are good. Our only real negative is the toilets, the ones at reception are being refurbished, although we saw no work going on all the time we were there, and the walk to the toilets at the restaurant was a bit far at times, you really need to sort this, and at busy times you really need 2 people serving at the beach bar as we had to wait alot longer than we should have. The beach is lovely as are the views. Couldnt forget to mention I think her name was Sassy (something like that) the lady who was on reception at night, she was extremely friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel and would definitely go back. The trips to the Saints Island and the Death in Paradise tour were great, totally recommend both.

Spent a week here in the Bungalows, one of which was ocean front (highly recommended). We loved everything about our stay, the location, the beach, the amenities, the food and the staff! Most nights we opted for the buffet at €32 pp and the quality of food and choice was amazing. It’s worth hiring a car to explore the area as the hotel is pretty remote - which we loved. It’s around 10 minutes drive to Deshaies and 45minutes to an hour to the airport. Our departing flight out of Guadalupe was cancelled and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and we were able to stay an extra night. We can’t wait to come back next year. A shoutout to the team members - Didrick, Oliver, June, Manu, Marcus, Armandine, Szalt and Maarten. But a huge thank you to everyone at the resort who made our trip so special.

Séjour de 4 jours réussi dans cet hôtel où la réception est très agréable. Chambre confortable et propre, literie au top avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux ainsi que le bar de la plage où il est très agréable de prendre un verre. Pour être au top, plus de repas locaux au menu permettraient de s’imprégner de l’ambiance antillaise

Petit déjeuner médiocre, qualité des produits à revoir. Café gout jus de chaussettes. Odeur de vaisselle pas propre qui frappe à l’entrée du restaurant. Hygiène à revoir de toute urgence car rien qu’en ayant vu sous le bar à l’accueil: saleté

C’est l’endroit idéal pour passer quelques jours. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont variés et proposent des bons plats. La plage et le bar en plein air sont agréables. Le personnel, souvent d’origine suédoise, est sympathique et efficace. A recommander !

8 jours en demi pension dans un petit bungalow très sympathique. Literie très confortable, climatisation. Le lieu est superbe et très bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et varié (viennoiseries, pain frais, excellentes confitures locales, fromages, oeufs, charcuteries...etc). Le soir, le buffet à volonté est tout à fait correct : il y a toujours une viande et un poisson au choix + des pizzas + pâtes + crudités, fruits, 2/3 desserts, glaces...etc.Le gaspillage alimentaire me semble davantage maîtrisé que dans certains hôtels. Le personnel est très sympathique, ceux qui ne parlent français font l'effort et s'adaptent. Nous sommes très étonnés de tous ces commentaires négatifs.
