Très belle suite avec petite piscine privé. Piscine commune très bien aussi. Par contre l'option petit déjeuner est trop chère.

Nous avions réservé une suite avec une chambre séparée, descriptif et photo à l'appui et un séjour or nous avons eu une seule pièce. Le canapé lit comportait les draps des locataires précédents nous avons du redemander 3 fois des draps et avons fait le lit nous même. A l'extérieur fortes odeurs d'égouts. Parking trop petit. Entretien du jacuzzi des voisins en passant par notre extérieur (tuyau tiré) pendant un quart d'heure chaque jour. On est loin du standing attendu. Comme signalé sur plusieurs avis, ne vaut pas le prix demandé pour la qualité. Trop cher pour ce que c'est.

L'appartement est équipé d'un coin cuisine et d un lagon. Prenez l'option petit déjeuner. Il est super bon. Raphaël vous fera des omelettes et vous proposera d'autres gourmandises. Vous aurez accès à la piscine de 27 mètres et une petite piscine à débordement. Vous pourrez vous prelacer sur les lits à disposition autour de la piscine. Pour vos courses vous pourrez aller à Leclerc. C'est un lieu idéal pour vos excursions. Vous êtes à 35 km de l'aéroport. On a loué avec EUROPCAR et on a eu aucun soucis. Prévoir une empreinte bancaire de 800 euros.

J'aurai aimé savoir avant d'arriver qu'il n'y avait pas de serviette de plage/piscine a disposition dans la chambre (seulement à la location: 20 euros) ni de menage quotidien et de changement de serviettes de toilette durant le séjour.
Sous la douche et dans la kitchenette il faut choisir entre pression et eau chaude! Pas evident pour se laver les cheveux !
L'établissement bien qu'un peux en travaux est tres agréable, tres propre, les suites sont grandes est tres bien aménagés. Le bar et le restaurant sont super.

Les + : Chambres et terrasses sympas. Resto du bar pratique et agréable le soir. Personnel sympa, disponible. Coin piscine luxuriant. Déco du site moderne, Accès plages rapide. Les - : très cher pour le standing réellement presté. A 335€ la nuit, on trouve bien meilleur en Guadeloupe… Petit déjeuner rudimentaire pour le standing vendu (censé être un 4 étoiles).

Les suites sont très charmantes, nous avons adoré avoir notre propre bassin. Le room service est un vrai plus pour cette résidence. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, avec accès à la plage à côté. Je recommande cet établissement

Outdoor area of property has a beautiful art installation. The room was a good size, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area was intriguing. The main pool was under renovation, but the small personal pool which is allocated to each villa was adequate. A beach is under five minutes walk away. Parking is available for free. Please noes that the walls between rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear what fellow guesrs are doing in their rooms. They also is an overflowing sewer at the entry to the property which caused an awful smell when sitting in the room's outdoor space.

Un magnifique logement !! Le lagon est top et bien entretenu ! C'est très cocoon ! C'est du grand luxe ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La piscine commune est magnifique ! Quelques travaux certes mais pour mieux nous accueillir
