EExplorer2023It is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong I have visited. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Everything is down to the details. The room is big with a huge bathtub. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommended.

XXiatiandefengnuannuanchuanguoA rather stylish boutique hotel. The 'lobby' and front desk on the ground floor were designed to be incredibly discreet, so much so that when I first arrived, I wondered if I'd come to the wrong place. However, stepping inside, I discovered a hidden gem. The architectural space is visually striking and full of design flair.
The guest rooms are presented in a Japanese style, with minimalist and understated decor. The layout is ingenious and well-thought-out, and the entire room is well-maintained, showing no signs of age. The bathroom amenity kit thoughtfully included lip balm and a small makeup mirror, showing a better understanding of female guests' needs than even the Rosewood Hong Kong. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Regarding service, the staff were warm and attentive, but there are two areas for improvement: firstly, if they could offer a glass of water or a drink to guests waiting to check in, it would be a more considerate touch; secondly, for turn-down service, if they could proactively remove the paper seal from the slippers instead of just placing them by the bed, the experience would be even more refined.

GGuest UserPros: The front desk staff were very nice; they allowed me an early check-in and upgraded my room. They were friendly, and the room had a fridge, microwave, toiletries, and slippers. The hotel has a great design, and there's a bar on the top floor with excellent views.
Cons: Both windows in the room faced residential buildings, making the large corner window feel awkward and like I was being watched. I had to keep the curtains drawn and the lights on. The room was also very damp and cold, though I'm not sure if that was due to the weather. There were also some inconvenient design choices, such as the faucet being too short, causing water to splash onto the counter and then the floor. The bathroom door opened in a way that disrupted the flow, and the light switches were confusing and inconvenient to use.

IINAN_lIt's definitely pricey, but we booked two rooms for two nights and it was understated luxury all the way. The rooms start at 53sqm, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sea views. The bedding was incredibly soft, and amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso coffee machine were all top-notch. The marble bathroom featured a window-side bathtub – soaking while enjoying the night view was incredibly therapeutic. The service was attentive, with turndown service including an aromatic tea. The high-level infinity pool had breathtaking views, and with 11 restaurants, including two Michelin-starred ones, it was a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes. Absolutely fantastic!

DDietmar KOur stay at W Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding – and that's not only because of the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views, the stylish design, or the convenient location above the Elements shopping mall. The real difference was the exceptional service, especially from Alex, the Welcome Manager.
From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcome. Despite a fully booked hotel, Alex took plenty of time to explain everything, gave us excellent local recommendations, and made our request for a high-floor harbour-view room happen effortlessly. His warm, professional, yet relaxed attitude perfectly captures the modern luxury that the W brand promises.
The room was immaculate, the famous W Bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooftop pool area was stunning, and the service at the bar was fantastic throughout our stay.
Final verdict: Whether traveling for business or leisure, W Hong Kong comes highly recommended. And if you want something special – we hope Alex will be there to welcome you. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Alex, for an unforgettable experience.
We will definitely be back.

PPoepingWe stay in Kingdom Club room that include club lounge access and free breakfast and dinner. The meal is good but not various as the hotel restaurant. I think the club room with lounge access is more value than standard room that need to pay additional breakfast and dinner. The hotel is beautiful. There are many activities for the kids in the hotel.

AAnonymous UserNo major issues. The room isn't huge, but the environment is pleasant, and the bedding is decent. The location is convenient, close to the Ding Ding tram and with an airport bus stop nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the MTR station, but Causeway Bay is easily accessible on foot, or a few stops on the tram. It's that awkward distance, about half a subway stop, to both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. If you're up for walking, I'd definitely recommend staying here. The room even has a sliver of a sea view.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, I felt the cool vibe of the whole place. The room had an industrial style but still felt chic, and it was super spacious compared to other hotels in the same category. The bathroom design was incredibly stylish, with a luxurious yet tasteful feel, and they even provided Le Labo 33 toiletries. I also really liked the Brita eco-friendly water pitcher in the room – so practical and convenient. The location is great too, just a five-minute walk to the subway, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping.

AAB&JessThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Wan Chai MTR station. It took us about half an hour to get there from West Kowloon Station. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat and shop right downstairs. The room itself is very spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards! I searched high and low to find a twin room with two 1.2-meter beds like this, and it's definitely worth the price, haha! They even gave us complimentary drinks at the sky bar, which my friend and I enjoyed in the evening. The bedding was really comfortable, and it was so quiet that my girlfriend and I actually slept for 12 hours straight, completely missing breakfast! The mini-bar is a paid service, though.
