Photos displayed for this hotel was not what was published for this Hotel. In the room, the couch was torn. TV did not have but basic tv that swivel to barely able to view from the bed. Patio with burning fire area did not look like what was shown in the photos and was located in front of the building with no privacy and/or comfortable lawn sitting. The patio in the back had metal sitting and grill. I guess my complaint is that photos did not match what was supposed to be for my comfort during my weekend trip. Was a bit disappointing is all.

Service was awful. Didn’t have enough clean towels to the three nights we stay there. The one night that I did get towels two of the four towels had poop stains on them!!! I have used ********** for years and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The property is newer which was nice though the elevators were not working and the AC/Heat unit kept me up all night due to a wining squeaking motor even when turned to low. The staff was pleasant, limited snack options or amenities,

Check in wasn't so great with the hotel but I chatted with hotels. Com and they made everything right. The elevators were out of order so we had to take the stairs, the pool was closed, they tub fills up even when you have the shower on.
