From the moment we arrived, we knew this wasn’t just another hotel stay—it was an unforgettable alpine experience. The staff’s warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel instantly at home. Our room was beautifully designed, with a plush, ultra-comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom featuring a powerful, refreshing shower. We especially loved being able to open the windows and breathe in the crisp, fresh mountain air. The on-site restaurant is nothing short of extraordinary. The menu changes daily, and each meal is a carefully crafted, world-class multi-course experience that highlights the best of local flavors. You can tell this is a family-owned and operated hotel—the pride they take in every detail is clear, from the personalized service to the thoughtfully curated dining. The hotel sits in a storybook setting: a charming, picture-perfect alpine town surrounded by lush green valleys and majestic mountains. We stayed ( couple) at Hotel Norica for 5 beautiful days ( 4 nights). The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The reception, bar, restaurant, room service were perfectly managed. You could feel the family spirit and could meet the nice owners, supporting the hotel team. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was perfect and the place was nice quiet to sleep without any disturbance from the street. The hotel welness and its connection with the Alpentherme you could reach in the hotel bath robe through the nicely designed tunnel provided the perfect relax. The Chef and his/her team made delicious dishes and buffets with different kind of fruits, vegetable salats and desserts. We have already recommended this hotel and the place to all our friends and relatives. Do not hesitate to visit this hotel, relax there, enjoy the food and have a 30 min walk up the hill to see the wonderful panorama of the walley. You will definitely wish to come back again, like we do.

We stayed in the Hotel Norcira for one week from the 8th to 15 th March. On arrival reception staff were excellent and gave us a room up grade without asking . We found the staff in the hotel to be excellent in all areas . A special mention to Florian in the restaurant who looked after us very well every evening and morning that he was on duty. The bar staff were also excellent. We made great use of the the pool and spa area which were immaculately maintained. We found the ambiance of the hotel to be very relaxing at all times. The food in the hotel was excellent and beautifully presented. On the first night we were surprised that the main course for dinner was so small but when we took into account the amount that was available for a starter followed by the soup one could understand the reasoning behind it. I would highly recommend the Hotel Norcira and hopefully we will get the chance to stay there again in the futuree

Such a nice hotel, traditional with character. Very clean and maintained. We used the spa once as it was very busy. Unfortunately we were told before booking that they could cater for dietary needs but this is not true ! We have coeliac disease nothing is labelled, when we asked the restaurant manager he was rude and just laughed. We spoke to the hotel manager and she just said ok, no action, no apology. The food is quite boring when it is the same most days. We actually ended up eating out ! The bar manager had no clue how to make any cocktails and was also rude. Such a shame we would not recommend if you like customer service and have dietary needs.

My family stayed in the hotel for the half term week. They could not have been more pleased. They described the food as fantastic and the staff as incredibly kind and efficient. The location is also excellent. I have skied in Bad Hofgastein so I know the area well.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable and elegant. The staff is very helpfull (Sarah and Dorinel). We apreciated the diversity and the quality of the food. You can go directly from the hotel to Alpentherme. We spent 4 ski holydays here and for sure we'll be back next year.

Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa.
The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around for variation, which is of course the spice of life.
