I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel when it was under previous ownership. The new ownership is not as accommodating. Absolutely no early check-ins, unless you want to pay an extra fee. If you stay more than 2 nights/3 days, they do not come in to change out laundry/towels, etc. I stay at a hotel to be waiting on... not to have to go to front desk to ask for things like new towels or whatever.
I was not happy with my upgrade, which needs a better description of what the room contains and how it is laid out. I upgraded to a suite with a king bed, couch and hot tub and it was CRAMPED. TV is off to the side of bed, so you have to turn your head. Should be straight out from bed when you lie in it.
