"We visited Chateau De Leugny in July 2024 as we needed somewhere to stay for three-nights whilst attending a wedding about 15-minute’s drive away. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such a superb and beautiful chateau, hosted by Valerie and Chistoffe. The chateau is exactly what you imagine a chateau should be, the décor delightful and the grounds are lovely including the outdoor swimming pool. Our room was very comfortable although would have benefited from a wardrobe and coat hooks. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. The local town is, well, sleepy, but has a nice boulangerie and a well-stocked general food store. We highly recommend Chateau De Leugny and if we needed to attend the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your home."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stopover here and plan to return. The small, 18-room hotel is ideally situated facing the river. Paolo gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Our room (#6) looked out over the river and had a small balcony. The room was plenty large enough and very comfortable. Everything very clean. The situation in Coulon is a joy. This is a special village (particularly out of season). Walks from the hotel along the river bank are delightful. Restaurants are plentiful nearby. Breakfast, served in a charming room across the quiet lane was perfect. Plenty of choice and supervised by the charming Natalie. This is a very special find."

"Don't trust the hotel, which seems to be an old hotel of the 50s. Inside, everything is top and modern, both the common places and the rooms. A patio between the rooms and the municipalities is welcome. Clean, friendly, Commercial, continental breakfast simple but pleasant. They offer u cakes and crepes in the evening, What represents a nice meal even though and of good quality."
