Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly, this could have been one of the smoothest and best checking I have had yet and I usually book 8-10 rooms for my college gymnastics team. We had. A meeting room for our team meeting and a great space for our dinner. Everything was just perfect and he was so friendly and helpful.

I frequent Hilton properties for business and personal travel due to a consistent hotel experience and standard. I was most disappointed during my 2 night stay at the Homewood Suites in Great Valley. The check in process was easy, the hotel staff was very courteous and the lobby was nice, which is always a plus. The suite however was less than desirable with torn curtains, very worn furniture an fixtures that are in need of replacing. I did share my concerns with the front desk and they assured me the issues would be addressed. Definitely will not return to this location for future business travel to the area.

This hotel is not so new but there were a lot of amenities for cooking—the microwave, big refrigerator, IH, and so on.

I would choose another place. While my room was "refreshed," the hallways were dark brown and depressing and the elevator actually made me feel like I was stepping into soviet Russia. The smells from the other suites, barking dogs, and children who clearly call this a temporary home were loud with their parents in the hallways. I felt like I was living in an inexpensive condo and I had a nice room to lock myself safely away from it. Front desk not even answering to check me out of my room. I recommend other choices. Attached is the photo from the elevator as I stepped out to get my room. Notice the weird old stick-on wall covering and exposed formica underneath....and garbage on the floor outside one of the rooms. On the first level, they actually have black tape holding some carpet together. While I slept well in the comfortable bed, I would not stay here again.

Rooms are well maintained but needs to upgrade their breakfast. We have to wait as the refill was very slow. Parking and surrounding area was safe and good.
