Without a doubt the finest accomodations in Dewey Beach, De. We booked the first floor Bayview room and it was absolutely PERFECT!! Sooo comfortable with every amenity including a fully equipped kitchen. Our private patio was right on the bay with just amazing views. Having cocktails on the patio each evening as the sun set was just magical. Beautifully landscaped grounds, the most wonderful staff and the best general mgr {TAMMY}made us feel right at home. We will be back in May and Sept . and cannot wait. Soooo highly recommended and sooo pet friendly. You have to book a stay at the Bay Resort!!

The finest accommodations Dewey Beach has to offer. Exceptional room, with a full kitchen, so comfortable, centrally located close to the beach, shops and restaurants, a wonderful staff and general manager{TAMMY} that will make your stay a memorable one, beautifully landscaped property right on the bay and the Bayside rooms with ur private patio offer the most amazing views 24/7. Capture the sunsets every evening enjoying the sunset right out your back door!! SOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave! We had a bayside room with a great view of the bay, birds and sunsets. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The office staff make check-in and out quick and easy. I highly recommend the Bay Resort.

Quiet and comfortable place to stay with a nice view of the bay. Most places to eat and socialize are all within walking distance.

Big issue was multiple other guests smoking on the property which was supposed to be non-smoking. Management was great so no issues with the property itself other than the very outdated kitchenette.
