Had a great stay here in the off season. It was steps from the beach and restaurants on Coastal Highway. The room was laid out well and the important factors were all met - comfortable bed, lots of fluffy pillows, good bath towels and great shower pressure. It was also close to Rehoboth, quickly by car or by a leisurely walk along the shoreline/boardwalk.

I spent a day and night at Beach House Dewey and all I can say is, "Wow"!!! The rooms were clean, vending machines well stocked, and the pool was open. Diane, Richard, and Brian, got me checked in and comfortable and provided great suggestions on food and things to see. Jeb was outside fixing and painting and took the time to assure I was well taken care of. It was a relaxing get away that I can't wait to do again!

2nd stay @ beach house was very pleasant once again. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Affordable stay, GREAT location to some of the best seafood in Dewey. Definitely a go to place to stay. We’ve only been here during off season to enjoy the seafood so this hotel has the best location as it’s in walking distance to many great restaurants.

Amazing customer service, kind staff and the Management is truly one of a kind. I had an emergency and they allowed me to extend my stay at an incredible rates. Diana is one miracle workr. Running a tight shift she provides efficient service! Thank you everyone at the BEACH HOUSE in Dewey.

The overall cleanliness of the room was okay but we did not end up staying in the room because the comforter had stains on it. While I understand keeping a white comforter clean may be difficult, it was not noticed by staff or replaced.

This hotel has a great location! Nothing is more than a ten minute walk. Jenn at the front desk was AMAZING so sweet and funny. The room was comfortable and spacious. Only thing I would say is bathroom slightly dirty and worn, example the other soap dispenser in shower was missing and the toilet had all these scratches in it, sheets and shower curtains had some staining and floor was dirty but it’s hard to keep sand out of beach hotels.
