I was on a business trip, and the area around the hotel was quite lively. The hotel breakfast was great, really catering to Chinese tastes. The room was spacious and quite clean. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel right at home.

It was a mediocre hotel in modern part of Dhaka. The staff treats well and care about guests. The room was nice however there were stains on the sheets and walls. Breakfast is ok. We will stay there next time

A Pleasant Stay at Unique Regency – Highly Recommended!
I stayed at Hotel for a business trip, and overall, I had a very pleasant with Md.Sharif Mia and Ms KeyaThe hotel is just steps away from the Dhaka International Airport, making it easy to access major offices, shopping areas, and restaurants. The front desk team was helpful, receptionist senior GRO Mr Abdullah very communicative and supportive he made my My check in and check out very smoother . The housekeeping staff ensured the room was spotless every day.
Breakfast was very good.
• Friendly and efficient staff
• Clean, spacious rooms
• Excellent location
• Good breakfast
I’ll certainly consider staying here again on my next trip

The location is very convenient for all local businesses and restaurants. Services and staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is good. But the room is awful. Old. Dirty Carpet needs to get updated.

Mediocre at best. The name "Unique" feels like a stretch—there’s nothing particularly memorable about the place. Rooms were clean enough, but overall felt outdated and uninspired. Service was passable but far from warm or efficient. The amenities looked better in photos than in real life, and breakfast was forgettable.
It’s fine if you need a bed for the night, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics. Plenty of other options in the area offer better value for the same price.
